vBulletin in it's stock form does not allow users to ever change their vote, once submitted. After doing some research I finally located & installed a MOD that allows a user to withdraw their vote, then vote again if they wish to do so anytime afterwards so long as the poll is still open.

As such on Threads that are POLLS a user has voted in, they will now see a small 'Withdraw Vote' option just below the last choice for the poll, and directly above the Post Reply button itself.(see screenprint)

All you need to do is click on the Withdraw Vote wording, and you will be informed that "You have successfully withdrawn your vote! You are now being redirected back to the thread." There you'll see each available choice again and can re-vote however you prefer to. :D
