    Punta Gorda, FL — Nearly every morning, 99-year-old Howard Coffey and his dog Bella wheel around their neighborhood at the Burnt Store Marina community in Punta Gorda.

    Bella hovers over Howard's shoulder as they ride together on a recumbent trike for hours and earn the attention of those they pass.
