Mystery 'alien' vehicle zips through Exmouth, Australia

    Mystery 'alien' vehicle zips through Exmouth Devon Live

    Exmouth, Australia - Speculation is mounting about what a mysterious petite futuristic-looking vehicle could be that has been spotted zipping along the roads in Exmouth.

    Bemused motorist Tracey Pearce couldn't believe her eyes yesterday, October 7, when she was driving along Dinan Way with her partner and saw a small, close-to-the-road light sleek light grey vehicle on the road ahead of her.

    It soon nipped down a side room, leaving Tracey and her partner confused about what they had just seen. It had no windows on either side of the vehicle, mirrors or signals.

    Tracey, of Exmouth, recalled: "We were behind a white van and when it turned off to the right, all of a sudden this little thing came flying out into the road in front of us and we thought, what on earth is that?

    "We were giggling saying that aliens have invaded Exmouth.

    "It was really peculiar because it looked so small and you couldn't even see if someone was in it or not. It was the smallest thing I have ever seen on the road.

    "It was really nippy and was doing about 30-35mph. As it was so small you might not necessarily see it, especially in the evening, so although it was funny to see it on the road, it could potentially be dangerous."

    Tracey has shared an image of the vehicle on the town's community Facebook page to find out what it might be. It has prompted lots of suggestions, both serious and silly.
