Too nice a day to not ride, although it was HOT 90F, there was a good breeze and lots of SUN so what a day to RIDE! 22 miles RT, stopped at a Carl's Jr. for lunch decided to try their new "Beyond burger, made of "plant" instead of beef, it tasted like a hamburger while eating it but it left me with a "funky" taste in my mouth for a couple of hours, think I'll stick with BEEF! ;) Great to get out on the Bike E recumbent bike, haven't been able to put much mileage on it since I bought it in June, LOL it sure is FASTER than the Recumbent tandem Trike! :)
