Chattanooga Fat Tire Ride Last Sunday.....

Last Sunday, Mitzie and I got up, checked the Weather, and decided Our Best Odds were in Chattanooga..."PERFECT CHOICE"...59 degrees, Sunny, Very Little Wind...We're really enjoying the New Trident 20" Fat Tire Trikes since getting Them from U-Man Power in Maryville, Tennessee. They haven't sat hardly a day......Here are some "Sunny Ride Pics" from a day that was mostly, cold, cloudy, rainy, and dreary over most of Tennessee........

 

Made a trip down to the Chattanooga Greenway with the Performer X. this morning .... temp in mid-50's to start with very strong winds ... managed about 11 miles overall for my first "long" ride of the year, although I've been riding 3-6 miles every other day during the week since early March. On the return half-ride I met a "youngster" from the Chatt Bike Club zipping along on his Catrike ...and of course stopped to chat. Says he typically rides about 150 miles a week ... started triking about 6-7 years ago ... rode down to Florida and back during his first year.
