Former Bike Corral owners open Peddlers (OH)

HEATH, OH -- Dave and Carolyn Buchanan, previous owners of the Bike Corral, are back in business with a new venture.

The Buchanans opened Peddlers on Sept. 9 at 605 S. 30th St. The new store is a joint venture of their bicycle business and a craft/collectible mall.

Peddlers bike shop specializes in the adult market, offering bike path, comfort and recumbent models. The mall features primitives, antiques, crafts and other unique items.

The store, which will announce a grand opening celebration soon, is open from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

The Buchanans owned the Bike Corral in Newark and Heath from 1980 to 2004, when they sold their business.
