This is perfect for cyclists with back issues as there is less stress on the back and buttocks with adjustable mesh seat for ventilation. The electric assist will allow you to cruise at 18-20 mph for ~70 miles on a full charge on level ground without pedaling. There is also a regenerative brake (helps to recharge battery when activated) to prolong the batteries charge.

This is identical to the base unit for my Velomobile and I can connect you with the manufacturer to convert this to a full-faring vehicle.
