Folks I'm thinning the herd, putting the '03 Vivo up for sale, thought I'd offer it here at a reduced price and see if anyone local or within driving distance would be interested.

This bike is in absolute pristine condition, a beautiful bike, great for trail riding with its full suspension, supremely comfortable. No scratches or dings, only some very slight scuffs from putting a leg over the top tube, and very slight cable rubs where they gather and contact the frame. One slight chain slap on the rear triangle. It just sparkles and the paint color is tremendous. I have had it two years and have only put about 500 mi on it, and it didn't get ridden last year. The tires still have the seam visible down the middle of the tread. Time to face up to letting it go, as much as I hate to. I just don't pay it enough attention any more....

    Price locally is $795

Not for sale. Already sold. That's what I saw on BROL. You can go there to confirm. Don't know why Don's not taking care of business. Probably because he's an engine ear.

As I understand it, the Vivo is now living in Northeast Tennessee, where we may see it again on the Virginia Creeper Trail.

Sorry to be tardy in posting folks, but the Vivo has gone on to its next home. I did indeed sell it to a guy from Johnson City, but he responded to the BROL listing. Thought everyone had forgotten about this one here.

Sorry, Steve, I don't recall an email from a Frank White. I had several inquiries and responded to them all. Don't know what might have happened. I apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you.

The email was from me with Frank's phone number enclosed. Thanks for your response. I have a Vivo. It's a bit heavy, but it is a great bike for riding off-road on rail trails and the like.

I checked again the messages I got inquiring about the Vivo, and did not receive one that you describe. Coulda gone to my spam filter, it was changing over to a different provider about that time, but I'm not aware that I lost any other messages. I'm sorry.

Yes, the Vivo is a great bike for unpaved rail-trails, in fact that's what I used mine for. Problem was, I didn't get to those trails enough to justify having the bike! And it is indeed a heavy bike. I'll use my V-Rex with a second set of wheels and off-road tires for trail work now.
