    I agree with the Ohio Bicycle Federation. SAME RULES SAME RIGHTS. Oh and a visually impaired rider I can't see them so they throw me off. That's why they hinder me.

    Even without the rumble strips, the shoulder in the original post's photo was too narrow to be a safe bike lane. And I saw no markings designating it as a bike lane, either. Without markings, it's just a paved shoulder.
