I have a recumbent road bicycle for sale, it's in great shape. I personally used it when I was healing from a back injury, so I'm sure it would work great for you If that's what you needed.

Bacchetta Agio
26" rear wheel 20" front wheel. Comes with an extra front tire.
It's got a Shimano 105 crank
Grip shift with plenty of gears
Very adjustable for all heights and comfortable for all widths.
It is also a very upright ergonomic position for optimal body mechanics
