Going to try thumb lever gear change levers on my trike.
I have completely worn out the rubber grip from the Twist grip gear handles.
The negative to this idea is that the cables exit the handle grips going up and then having to curve down again toward the Frame.
    - This will take the cables close to my legs so it will need to be a reasonably tight curve.
Chose the Shimano 8 speed X4 levers. I will be replacing the cable outers soon and then I expect that the gear changing will be much better.
