After looking at headrest options for my Bacchetta Corsa I decided to make one. Not elegant, but it's cheap and it works. Total cost $7.00
Sadly, can't post a link to the details yet, guess I need to get up to 5 posts first. So - later.

    Hi John,

No problem. Just send me the pictures at RRI*fastmail.fm and I can post them for you. Then you can comment on them in another post.

I purchased a ADEM headrest but that cost a lot more than $7.00 for my Strada. So I am interested in what you made.

So send me the pictures. (The 5 message rule is to prevent spammers. Sorry!)

    Hi Rocketmantn:

Thanks rocketmantn, actually the details, including pictures are all on my web site, which was in my signature file on the original post. I could have said to just go to my web site. After you get there click on the DIY link at the bottom of the page.

DIY Headrest for Bacchetta for less than $8

I originally posted an article re making your own headrest for a Bacchetta Euro Mesh seat. Included was a series of photos showing materials and construction steps. However, eventually I removed that page from my personal site. Subsequently, Bernie Van Wormer inquired about the original post. So I photo'd the seat and cobbled together a description as best I could (I couldn't find the original photos).

BUT - in this process Bernie developed his own home made head rest , and I have to say it is far superior to my PVC version. Bernie was kind enough to send me photos and a description of how he did it. And I have included the whole process on my site once again. Rarely, I change the site construction, but the headrest will always be on a link from my main page, which is here:
http://www.iambaughman.com/ or it should be on a link in my sig file. When you get to the page, click on the link at the bottom of the page: "DIY Headrests". A link to Bernie's email is also there.

Since "oldbluejeans" gave us such good information and I didn't want it to get lost again, I made a PDF of this info and will attach it to this post.
